About Villa Romantica

The villa is a two-floor stone house with wooden windows and doors. The ground floor consists of a charming fully equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace, a bathroom and a double bedroom with its own bathroom. Rustic stairs lead to the main double bedroom with the spacious bathroom and a balcony.

In front of the house is the pool deck with sunbeds and sun umbrellas. This counter-current swimming pool comes with a massage functionality. On the other side is the kids' playground and just nearby is the outdoor covered fireplace.

Villa Romantica is ideal for couples or families with children who seek for a joyful and unforgettable experience.

In front of the house is the pool deck with sunbeds and sunumbrellas. This counter-current swimming pool comes with a massage functionality.

At only 7 km from the beautiful pebble beaches in Mošćenička Draga and 4 km from the medieval town of Mošćenice, but hidden in the lush green vegetation of nature park with fresh air and rich flora and fauna, the location of Villa Romantica has more advantages than you can imagine at first sight.

At only 500 meters from the property, you can enjoy watching horses walking or running freely all over the ranch.

You can easily see deers in the evening or in the early morning walking and looking for the water or foods just below the villa. Kids would enjoy waiting for deers to appear nearby and watch them in silence. You could make great memories by taking photos or video of the real wildlife just at the property.

It is amazing to wake up in the morning and take a cup of coffee at the pool deck with amazing view of the Quarner Bay and islands of Krk and Cres.

You can just relax all day long at the pool, while your kids play at the private playground at the property. Nevertheless, you can prepare your own barbecue with local ingredients at the covered outdoor fireplace and enjoy a meal in the pleasant surrounding.

You can book 365 days in advance and at least 5 days prior to arrival

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking is confirmed once we receive a deposit in amount of 30% of the total cost of the stay. Another 70% is payed 7 days prior to arrival.

In case you cancel your booking 29 to 7 days before arrival, we'll keep the deposit of 30%.

If you cancel 30 – 59 days before arrival, we will refund you 50% of the deposit (except transfer fees).

If you cancel 60 days or more before arrival, we will refund you the full amount of the deposit (except transfer fees).

Payment Policy

We accept only bank transfer payments or cash.

Mošćenička Draga

If you want to visit more touristic places, don't miss to visit Mošćenička Draga with its beautiful pebble beaches and a lot of good restaurants and taverns. There you can find a bank, a post office, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a doctor, tourist agencies and all that you might need during your vacation.

Local specialties

If you'd like to try some local specialties, there are two restaurants at 10 minutes by car, in the old town of Mošćenice – Restaurant „Perun“ with a huge terrace that offers a magical view of the sea; or Konoba „Tu tamo“, a cute little tavern with charming garden terrace and extraordinary authentic local specialties.

Biking & hiking

Why don't you take a bike and ride to the woods? Or just take a walk into the woods? There are plenty bike trails as well as hiking routes which lead to the top of the mountain Učka and forgotten villages. If you are a nature lover, you will definetely enjoy these routes.
